California Continues to Lead the Nation by Enacting New Internet Data Privacy Laws By Adam D.H. Grant Nov 2013

On the heels of California’s State Attorney General joining the mobile app market with her own app, California continues to lead
the nation by rolling out three new pieces of legislation in September 2013. The new laws place additional responsibilities on
operators of websites, mobile applications and other online services which collect personal identifiable information about California residents.
