Insolvency, Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights

With ever-rising costs of litigation Alpert, Barr & Grant is a strong proponent of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as a viable means to resolving conflicts. We have extensive experience in all forms of dispute resolution and in fact have been assisting our clients resolve their conflicts and potential litigation matters for over 30-years. Our roots in this growing field have been led by name partner, Lee Kanon Alpert, who was instrumental in establishing the American Arbitration Association (AAA) West Coast Mediation Center and continues to serve as an award winning independent mediator and arbitrator.
