Adam D.H. Grant Prevails with Over $9.1 Million Dollar Judgment Posted by Admin on May 08 2019

Adam D.H. Grant prevailed after a three week trial resulting in a judgment of over $9.1 million, including over $1.3 million in punitive damages.  Mr. Grant litigated this complex and contentious matter involving multiple entities and opposing parties for almost five years, before the matter was finally tried.

In her decision, Judge Murphy of the Los Angeles Superior Court Department 25 found that Mr. Grant repeatedly impeached the main defendant with his deposition testimony, and proved that the defendant fraudulently obtained an $8 million dollar bank loan using fabricated corporate documents. Mr. Grant demonstrated, and the Court so noted in its 155 page Statement of Decision, that virtually every witness offered by the defense lacked credibility.

Additionally, Mr. Grant defeated all of the Defendants’ counter claims such that they recovered $0 after seeking millions at the time of trial.

We at AB&G are extremely proud of Adam’s latest achievement, and congratulate him for another job well done!
