Mr. Koo’s practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, with a keen eye on business litigation. He handles cases from intake, through pre-trial, including all aspects of discovery and any pre-trial motions, and ultimately to resolution. Mr. Koo prides himself on his communication and ability to help the client navigate this litigation process. He has extensive experience with claims involving breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, negligent misrepresentation, fraud, and general negligence.
Prior to joining Shenon Law Group, Mr. Koo has practiced throughout the State of California, serving as a litigation associate with a litigation firm located in Northern California, as well as an associate attorney with an insurance defense firm located in Southern California. He represented clients in a wide variety of complex and high exposure litigation matters in the areas of business law, contract law, and cyber law.
Mr. Koo is originally from New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance, from Carnegie Mellon University and completed his Juris Doctor Degree at Brooklyn Law School, with a business law certificate. While in law school, he gained securities litigation experience working with the New York State Office of the Attorney General, Investor Protection Bureau.
