Alpert, Barr & Grant Named One of 30 Best Places to Work

ENCINO, CALIF. July 21, 2009--Encino law firm Alpert, Barr & Grant, APLC was selected as one of the 30 best places to work in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas. Employers were judged on employee satisfaction, benefits, internal working conditions and the quality of management. The competition was sponsored by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal.

Almost 80 companies submitted entries. The selected 30 companies were then ranked as the “best of the best” based on total number of employees. The rankings will be announced at an awards reception on August 19 at the Sheraton Universal Hotel. Making the list involved an analysis of company employee benefits, culture, management and leadership and employee feedback. The employee feedback portion was weighted heavier than the other criteria.

Alpert, Barr & Grant has a 30-year presence in the San Fernando Valley and has a staff of more than 20 employees. Legal practice areas include construction and real estate law, business, real estate and corporate litigation and transactions, cable franchising negotiations, and administrative and government relations.
