Paul Moskowitz, "of counsel" at Alpert, Barr & Grant, manages complex litigation, multi-jurisdictional litigation, appellate litigation and multimillion dollar corporate transactions. He counsels senior management on corporate governance, regulatory matters and other complex issues. He represents clients in various oral arguments and hearings, including hearings on motions for summary judgment, discovery motions, demurrers, settlement conferences and mediations. He previously worked as an associate in a large multi-national law firm, and as an in-house attorney with Fidelity Federal Bank. In this latter capacity he oversaw and counseled senior management on regulatory matters, multi-million dollar corporate transactions, and devised and implemented strategies for defense and settlement of complex litigation matters including multi-jurisdictional class actions.
