David Leon, a principal with Alpert, Barr & Grant, has more than 25 years of legal experience. He specializes in all facets of litigation, business transactions and corporate and real estate matters. He regularly represents clients in complex business affairs and lawsuits involving partnership, real estate, contract, trade secret, environmental, financial, corporate, employment and collection issues.

Mr. Leon's client base ranges from individuals and start up businesses to companies doing more than $50 million in business annually.
