David A. Brotman, paralegal, works with financial institutions and lenders in all phases of creditor’s rights. With the firm since 1996, he is responsible for preparation of Motions for Relief from Stay, Declarations, Points and Authorities, Orders, Objections to Chapter 13 Plans, Complaints for Non-Dischargeability, Proofs of Claim and negotiation and preparation of Reaffirmation Agreements; Unlawful Detainer (eviction) actions, including preparation of Summons and Complaints, Defaults, Judgments, Writs for Possession and Motions for Summary Judgments.
