Alex Kasendorf

Alexander S. Kasendorf is a senior associate with Alpert, Barr & Grant. His primary practice focus is on complex business and commercial litigation, banking law, construction defect, unfair business practices and entertainment matters. He is experienced in all phases of trial: discovery, deposing experts, parties and witnesses, drafting arguments and presenting cases in court, mediation and arbitration. Mr. Kasendorf’s clients include businesses, banking and other financial institutions, and commercial property owners.

Prior to joining Alpert, Barr & Grant, Mr. Kasendorf practiced with a Santa Monica firm where he was involved in plaintiff, defense and transactional work in a variety of practice areas including business/corporate, entertainment, construction defect, commercial and real estate. He was responsible for pleadings, discovery, motions, court appearances and mediation, arbitration and settlement conferences.
