Adam Grant

Adam D.H. Grant is an experienced trial lawyer, having litigated matters in both state and federal courts. His successes include obtaining an approximately $6 million jury verdict on behalf of his client after a three-week jury trial. When defending a client against a multi-million dollar lawsuit, Mr. Grant obtained a directed verdict when faced with a $3 million demand at trial. Mr. Grant has considerable expertise and litigation experience in complex business litigation, construction law, real estate, and general liability claims. He has presented oral arguments before the California Court of Appeal on numerous occasions.
