Jennifer Levin Stearns focuses her practice on commercial litigation, and has significant experience representing clients in a variety of areas, including business disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, unfair competition, Proposition 65, and consumer protection. She is also experienced in handling the legal issues associated with preserving, processing and producing electronically stored information.
Jennifer has litigated numerous cases in state and federal court, and before alternative dispute resolution tribunals. She efficiently handles all phases of litigation, such as motion practice, oral argument, depositions, and resolution. Jennifer also regularly communicates with clients about the litigation or resolution strategy that best achieves their objectives.
Before joining Alpert Barr & Grant, Jennifer spent more than ten years at Venable LLP, a large national law firm. She graduated from the USC Gould School of Law in 2007, and received her bachelor of arts from the University of Southern California in 2004.
